Embody Change through Movement Anthropology

This workshop enables participants to discover unconscious patterns in everyday movements, in order to unlock energy and information in the cells.

Movement patterns are part of our human story. When we are more conscious of our movement history, we multiply our awareness.  Movement is the door to consciousness. Movement patterns give you information about what’s flowing within you, your family or group. Unconscious patterns can become stories that keep us from our potential to heal.  Many of us are unaware of how we hold and move our bodies, particularly under stress. Becoming aware of and releasing unconscious patterns, we gain more access to the spark of life.  When this spark is unrestricted and vibrant, we thrive.

Learning Outcomes

  • Explore the difference between the desire for change and the embodiment of change.
  • Increase comfort with movement by noticing your relationship to movement
  • Discover one simple movement to increase congruent expression authentic thoughts and feelings.
  • Establish an ongoing practice of observing and finishing movement patterns.
